These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern registration for and attendance at TECH1 2026 (the "Event"). The Event is organized by Bluestone Group Productions Ltd., Company No. 513923037 ("TECH1", "we", "us" or "our").
By purchasing a ticket, submitting an application for an Executive Pass, receiving an invitation, or attending any part of the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
For questions regarding registration, please contact: [email protected].
TECH1 2026 is currently scheduled to take place in Tel Aviv on 28–29 October 2026, including:
The Event programme, speakers, content, schedule, venues, formats, access arrangements and participating partners may change from time to time, including at short notice.
TECH1 may replace, add, reschedule, shorten or cancel individual sessions, activities or speakers. The non-attendance, replacement or withdrawal of a speaker, sponsor, partner or performer does not constitute grounds for a refund, compensation or cancellation of a ticket.
TECH1 may offer different ticket types, access levels, invitations and promotional offers from time to time.
The ticket prices displayed on the Event website are presale prices, including VAT where stated. Presale prices are limited in time and/or quantity and may increase at any time, at TECH1's discretion. The price applicable to a completed purchase is the price displayed at the time payment is successfully made.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the following applies:
Ticket features, inclusions and access rights are only those expressly stated on the relevant registration page or confirmation email. TECH1 does not guarantee access to every Event area, session, activity, meeting, speaker, partner activation or hospitality offering.
A registration is completed only after payment has been received or, in the case of an Executive Pass, after TECH1 has approved the application and payment has been successfully processed.
An Executive Pass application is a request for approval and does not constitute a confirmed registration or a right to attend.
Participation in meetings, roundtables and sessions at The David Kempinski Tel Aviv is by invitation only and subject to prior approval by TECH1, based on, among other things, the applicant's professional role, relevance to the meeting topic, available capacity and the intended composition of each session.
TECH1 may approve or decline an Executive Pass application in its sole discretion and is not required to provide reasons. Applications are generally reviewed within up to three business days.
No charge will be made for an Executive Pass unless the application is approved. Approval of an Executive Pass does not guarantee admission to every executive meeting, roundtable, one-to-one meeting or activity.
Tickets, invitations and registrations are personal, non-transferable and may not be resold, transferred, assigned, exchanged or used by any person other than the registered ticket holder.
Name changes are not permitted.
TECH1 may require a valid government-issued photo ID and may refuse entry where the name on the ticket, registration or invitation does not match the attendee's identification. Forged, transferred, duplicated, resold or otherwise invalid tickets may be cancelled without refund.
The Event is intended for adults only. No person under the age of 18 will be admitted to any part of the Event.
Alcohol may be served at selected Event activities. Alcohol will only be served to persons aged 18 or older, subject to applicable law, venue policy and the discretion of TECH1 and its service providers.
TECH1 may refuse to serve alcohol, deny entry or remove any person whose conduct appears unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.
TECH1 may make reasonable changes to the Event, including the date, time, venue, programme, format, speakers, activities and access arrangements.
If the Event is postponed due to force majeure or circumstances beyond TECH1's reasonable control, including war, security incidents, governmental directives, public-health restrictions, strikes, fire, severe weather, venue unavailability or safety requirements, the ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled Event date.
A ticket holder who wishes to cancel following a postponement may do so in accordance with the cancellation policy in Section 7 and applicable law.
TECH1 will not be responsible for indirect losses or expenses arising from a change, postponement or cancellation, including travel, accommodation, loss of business opportunity or other third-party costs.
If TECH1 permanently cancels the Event and does not provide a rescheduled date, the ticket holder will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the relevant ticket, subject to applicable law. This will be the ticket holder's sole remedy in connection with such cancellation.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] from the email address used for the registration, together with the purchaser's full name, order number and contact details.
For tickets purchased more than 14 days before the Event:
After the above cancellation period, tickets are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
The date on which TECH1 receives the written cancellation notice will determine the applicable cancellation terms. Refunds, where due, will be made to the original payment method within the period required by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory right available to a consumer under applicable Israeli law.
All attendees must behave respectfully and comply with the instructions of TECH1 personnel, venue staff, security personnel, emergency services and other authorized representatives.
TECH1 may deny entry to, remove from, or refuse further participation to any attendee whose conduct, in TECH1's reasonable opinion:
No refund will be provided to an attendee denied entry or removed for breach of these Terms.
Attendees and their belongings may be subject to reasonable security screening. Weapons, illegal substances, dangerous objects and other prohibited items may not be brought into Event venues.
The Event will be photographed, filmed and recorded.
By attending the Event, you grant TECH1 and its authorized partners, service providers and media representatives the right to photograph, film and record your image, voice, name, likeness and participation, and to use, reproduce, publish, edit, distribute and display such materials worldwide, in any media now known or later developed, for Event documentation, editorial, promotional, marketing and commercial purposes.
There is no opt-out from photography, filming or recording at the Event. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you should not attend.
Attendees may not professionally record, livestream, reproduce or distribute Event content, presentations or sessions without TECH1's prior written consent.
TECH1 will process personal information in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy.
TECH1 will use registration information as necessary to administer the Event, issue tickets, communicate with attendees, provide access, maintain safety and security, and improve Event operations.
TECH1 will share an attendee's personal details with sponsors, partners or other third parties for their independent marketing purposes only where the attendee has given clear and specific consent.
Marketing communications from TECH1 will be sent only in accordance with applicable law. An attendee may withdraw consent or request removal from TECH1 marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided or by contacting [email protected].
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TECH1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss, including loss of profit, business opportunity, data, goodwill, travel expenses or accommodation expenses.
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings, equipment, travel arrangements and insurance. TECH1 is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
TECH1 may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Event website at the time of registration will apply to that registration, unless a change is required by law or is reasonably necessary for the operation, safety or delivery of the Event.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
By completing registration, applying for an Executive Pass or attending the Event, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.
